The artwork is an homage to the classic Captain America # 1 by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon that saw Captain America go up against Adolf Hitler and Nazis. In the homage update, Magen: The Shield of Israel steps in to confront modern day terrorists including former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
